ABOUT THE BOOK
 
Mustafa al-Alwani, a known Shafi'i poet from Hama, ventured into an ambitious project exploring the dialectical complexities between Ibn Hajar al-Haytami's and Al-Shams al-Ramli's works. Through his long poetic piece, entitled 'Unveiling the Differences', he verifies and explains their primary texts, aiding students in understanding nuanced jurisprudential points.
 
Understanding Fiqh through Brilliance
The project, handled with meticulous scholarship, includes Al-Alwani's commentary and comparisons, using both Ibn Hajar’s 'Tuhfat al-Muhtaj' and Al-Shams’ 'Nihayat al-Muhtaj'.
 
The work has been preserved in manuscripts, offering detailed annotations and insights into the frameworks the scholars applied, facilitating a broader comprehension of Islamic legal thought.
