تجرید قواعد الفقه الحنفي
ABOUT THE BOOK
This book introduces the essential science of fiqh maxims, the foundational principles that guide Islamic legal reasoning and the issuing of fatwas. The author explains that no scholar or mufti can function properly without mastering these maxims, as they provide the framework through which individual rulings are understood, compared, and applied.
Drawing on the guidance of early scholars and companions, the book emphasizes the importance of understanding legal patterns, analogies, and overarching principles before addressing specific legal cases. It is based on the renowned Hanafi work Al-Ashbāh wa’l-Naẓāʾir by Ibn Nujaym, one of the most important references in the field, but presents the material in a concise and accessible form.
To further support students and practitioners, the author has added a practical supplement that gathers selected legal maxims from both Al-Ashbāh wa’l-Naẓāʾir and Majallat al-Aḥkām al-‘Adliyyah. This addition is designed to make memorization and accurate retention easier, while reinforcing real-world application of these principles.
