Al Kunuz Ltd is an independent Islamic book retailer based in Leicester, United Kingdom. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Products and Book Information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

Due to differences between editions, publishers and print runs, there may occasionally be minor variations in cover design, colour, binding, paper or other presentation details.

The views and opinions expressed within books and other publications sold by Al Kunuz are those of their respective authors and publishers and do not necessarily represent the views of Al Kunuz Ltd.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may be changed from time to time.

The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed when the order is placed, subject to correction in the event of an obvious pricing or website error.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Any applicable delivery charges will be shown or calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation at the contact details provided during checkout.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or listing error, payment has not been authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Delivery

UK Orders

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the order and applicable shipping method.

We aim to deliver UK orders within 7 working days, although delivery times may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders over £150, subject to the delivery options and conditions displayed at checkout.

International Orders

We ship internationally to supported destinations.

Available international shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, handling charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer's responsibility.

Delivery times for international orders vary according to destination and carrier.

5. Cancellations and Returns

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of a cancellation, goods should generally be returned within a further 14 days.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

Goods may be inspected as they reasonably would be in a shop. Where handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and this reduces their value, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law.

6. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, incorrectly supplied or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at info@alkunuz.co.uk, including your order number and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue.

We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods. UK consumer protections require goods to be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

7. Bulk, Wholesale and Institutional Orders

Al Kunuz welcomes enquiries for bulk, wholesale and institutional purchases.

Schools, madrasahs, libraries, universities, bookshops and other organisations may contact us regarding larger quantities, bulk pricing or specific sourcing requirements.

Please contact us at info@alkunuz.co.uk with the titles and quantities required. Any special prices, delivery arrangements or other terms agreed for an individual order will be confirmed separately.

8. International Customers

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can lawfully be imported into their destination country.

Customs requirements, import duties, taxes and other local charges vary by country and may be payable by the recipient.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to an international customer under applicable law.
