ABOUT THE BOOK

This valuable work was originally written by Mufti Abdul Mannan over forty years ago during his specialisation in Takhassus fil Iftaa (advanced training in issuing Islamic legal verdicts). Today, Mufti Abdul Mannan continues to serve the Ummah with distinction as Deputy Mufti at Darul Uloom Karachi, one of the world’s leading Islamic institutions.

Due to his current responsibilities and busy schedule, it was not possible for him to personally revise this work for republication. The book was therefore entrusted to the Dar at-Tasneef, where the respected scholar Maulana Basar Muhammad carefully reviewed the work and added a scholarly introductory preface, ensuring its relevance and clarity for modern readers.

This book represents a rare blend of classical scholarship and contemporary presentation, preserving the original depth of the author’s research while making it accessible to today’s students and readers.
